Is it possible to have Lunated select a random image for the post thumbnail?

I tried putting various things in the box titled "Link to Default Post Thumbnail" to make this happen, but with no luck.

Not possible without edit.

By the way, "Link to Default Post Thumbnail" will be used only if your post doesn't have post thumbnail.

How can i use "Blog Index Style? -> Show full post without post thumbnail" option for all pages (categories) on my blog?
Because this style works only on the index, but I want to use also when I clicking on a category link.
